A Sunny NYC Oasis

Butterfield House, NYC

As seen in New York Spaces Magazine, this light, bright space was reborn from a previously dark and dreary, walled-off prewar kitchen and dining area and offers a modern take on the clients’ love of midcentury design. A wall of double faced glass cabinets lets in light from the adjacent living room and terrace without sacrificing storage. Clever design conceals unmovable ductwork and beams (typical in NYC construction) and offers privacy and definition.
